2590 Main Street is a proposed 60-unit, transit-oriented mixed-use development located approximately 450 feet from the Stratford Metro-North station. The six-story project is planned to include 60 one-bedroom residences, including four penthouse apartments, more than 2,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and under-building parking.

Replacing the former Temple Medical Center, the development is envisioned with resident amenities such as a fitness center, yoga studio, wellness area, rooftop lounges and outdoor seating. A portion of the residences is also planned as workforce housing, supporting East Coast Development’s commitment to expanding housing opportunities while bringing new investment and activity to Stratford’s town center.
